Home Warranty
We stand behind every home we build.
Your CORELOT home is covered by a written warranty that protects your investment well past move-in day. Here's what that coverage includes and how to request service if you ever need it.
First-Year Workmanship & Materials
For the first year after closing, we warrant our workmanship and materials against defects—covering the fit and finish items that occasionally surface as a new home settles.
Systems Coverage
Distribution systems such as plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling are covered against defects in installation for the period defined in your warranty documents.
Structural Coverage
Major structural elements carry extended coverage through our third-party warranty program, giving you long-term peace of mind on the parts of the home that matter most.
What the warranty covers
Every CORELOT home is delivered with a written limited warranty. In broad terms:
- One-year builder warranty on workmanship and materials, covering defects in the items we installed.
- Systems coverage on plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling distribution systems.
- Extended structural coverage on qualifying load-bearing elements through our third-party warranty administrator.
- Manufacturer warranties pass through to you on appliances, HVAC equipment, the water heater, roofing, windows, and other manufactured products—often for multiple years.
Your specific coverage, terms, exclusions, and timeframes are defined in the warranty documents you receive at closing. This page is a summary and does not replace those documents.
