Do I need to own land before contacting you?
No. We can help you evaluate potential homesites—or build on one of our available lots—or work with land you already own.
What if I'm not sure which plan I want?
That's fine. We'll discuss your needs and help you explore plans that fit your lifestyle and budget during the design phase.
How far in advance should I contact you?
Ideally 6-12 months before you want to break ground, but we're happy to talk earlier if you're in the planning stages.
Do you charge for the initial consultation?
No. The initial consultation call is complimentary.
